Freight Charges

Door-to-Door Freight Rates Victoria 2009

To give you an incentive to order in reasonable quantities, we will be 'throwing in' the freight for an extra bag so long as it meets the full cube parameters as outlined further down.

Definitions for parcel size calculations
Small size pillows: Small Tranquillows, Family Low, Naturelle Low etc.
Regular size pillows: CompleteSleeprrr, Family Medium, Naturelle Medium, Standard Tranquillow etc.

All prices include GST.

Courier

Melbourne Suburban Area: $9.90 for a parcel which can take up to the equivalent size of 10 small, or 8 regular pillows, or any product mix up to or not exceeding a similar size/cube. A second bag of product equaling the maximum size/cube of the first one, the freight is on us!

Melbourne Outer Suburban and Country: (Outer suburban, eg Mt. Eliza, Berwick, Werribee, and beyond etc):
$12.20 Same quantity and size conditions as suburban deliveries, and 'freight-free' deal for a second bag.

OR

$35 for a single bag equivalent in size to approximately 20 regular pillows, plus 2 bonus items of equal value to the lowest priced items in the order.

Australia Post: Orders up to 4 standard, or 5 small pillows, or the equivalent size of any product mix.
Melbourne suburban area: $9.90.
Outer suburban and Vic country: $11.

Addressing

Please provide a street address and operating hours. Street addresses give us greater flexibility for delivery methods than do post office boxes.

Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses that are returned to us will not be resent unless an additional delivery charge is agreed upon by both parties.

Be sure to include apartment/suite numbers, "in care of" information, opening & closing times (operating hours), phone number (the driver may need this to contact you), and any other helpful information.

Let us know where the parcel can be safely left if no one is going to be at the address or alternative (backup) arragements.

Terms and conditions

Damage

If packaging materials appear damaged due to hishandling by the freight company, please first inspect the contents before signing the delivery acceptance receipt. If the contents are damaged you have the right to refuse delivery. Otherwise concealed damage must be reported within 7 days of receiving a shipment, so it is important to inspect all deliveries as soon as possible. If concealed damage has occurred, we should be notified. All packaging materials should be saved for possible inspection by the shipper.

Returns

Please call us if an item needs to be returned for any reason. You will need a return authorisation number from us in order to receive proper credit.

Mistakes with Orders
If we have made an error in processing your order, we will ship the correct product and issue a pick-up to return the improperly shipped item at our expense.

If you have made a mistake when ordering, the product should be returned to us at your freight expense within 30 days (unless otherwise arranged). If the item is unused and in the original package, we will credit you for the price of the item, less the initial freight charged (unless otherwise arranged).
