Q. Do ergonomic sit-on, kneel-on chairs help, and why?
A. The accepted theory is that much of the load bearing on the lower spine is transferred through to
the thighs and into the kneeling pad where it is diffused.

Q. What is wrong with a conventional chair, whether office or dining?
A. Not much, except that you won’t be able to sit for long due to tremendous
load bearing to the lower spine. Just think: All that body weight of yours is bearing down on a few vertebrae. It can’t be
good for your back, surely? If you do insist on using a conventional chair, then every 15 to 20 minutes get up and walk
around for a few minutes. Your boss might not like it, but it’s your back and you’re the one who’s got to live with it,
not your boss!

to swing your leg over the knee pad before entry. Ours is unique

Q. Do I need casters on the chair for ease of entry and exit at an office desk or computer?
A. No, our chrome-plated tubular frame slides easily on any surface.
Easier in fact than casters which tend to catch!
