A. We use a hospital-approved bacteria-resistant nylon which is coated with a polyurethane film. This gives it a wonderful seal, and it also has a soft finish that is extremely comfortable.

A. Yes. Some of the covers are removable, and others are permanent. Cleaning instructions come with each product.
