Do you have cushions for wheelchairs?

A. All of our cushions are sized for use on wheel chairs as well as for normal every-day use. The two cushions that are used more than others in wheelchairs are the Diffuser Cushion in Memory foam and the Multi-Purpose cushion.

Do I get better pressure dispersion the more I pay for a seat cushion?

A. Not necessarily. Some people like the eggfoam surface of the Multi-Purpose Cushion, some the Memory foam surface of the Diffuser Cushion, some prefer latex, while others prefer angled cushions like the Posture Wedge or Coccyx Cushion. It's a matter of personal preference and the need.

Could you please tell me which cushion would be suitable for me - the Memory Foam Diffuser Cushion or the Multi Purpose Cushion. I sit for long periods of time at my computer and get a very sore backside as well as having problems with my back. My tailbone seems to have a lot of pressure on it. I have tried wedges as well as those with holes in them, but they seem to make my back worse.

A. I sit on the Diffuser at my desk! Seriously though, it is a personal thing and all we can say is that both the Diffuser and the Multi Purpose Cushion would do a good job. The Diffuser has the benefit of the layers of Memory foam which literally diffuse pressure. The Multi Purpose Cushion features eggfoam which also spreads the pressure, and provides a stable and reasonably soft platform. The Multi Purpose Cushion is also less cost of course.

We make both products, so I don't have a particular bias, but perhaps if you have the extra funds then perhaps choose the Diffuser.
