Designed for snorers

Side sleeping is the preferred position for helping minimise light (annoying) snoring as it enables the soft tissue (palate) to fall to the side of the airway and be less obstructive to the air you breathe in.
(Back sleeping sees the soft palate liable to fall backwards to partially impede the airway, and as air passes through this obstruction the soft tissues tend to vibrate and produce the snoring sound.
Note: 'Heavy' snoring is another issue and may be the associated with sleep apnea. If you have this condition then you need to consult your doctor).

Why call it Lucky 7

We called it that because 7 is regarded as a lucky number and symbolises 'perfection' and 'togetherness'.

When the pillow's inventor Charlie Parnham created the product it finished up looking like a 7 and we just wanted to extend that luck and wellness to you through the name.

Content

Filling: Polyester polyfill.

Inner cover: Polypropylene.

Outer slip: Polycotton.

Care

Filling: Do not wash, no spin dry. If moist or soiled delete from inner cover and dry fill on rack warm place. *Polyfill will naturally compact with use. To re-plump, tease fibre or add filling.

Inner cover: Remove filling. Hand wash, cold water, mild detergent. Hang dry only.

Outer slip: Remove inner and filling. Normal wash and dry.
