Delivery Information

We use Australia Post's eParcel system to deliver our parcels. Because parcels must be signed for at time of delivery we recommend that you use your work or daytime address for delivery.

Delivery charges are added to each order and are based on order size, weight, and destination. Check the online shop to work out delivery costs.

Delivery outside Australia

Delivery charges are added to each order and are based on the weight of the parcel. To check the delivery charge of your product please go to our Online shop and select the product and the country of delivery and the fright charge will be displayed. We offer The exact charge of the freight is charged on. No profit is made.
All international parcels are insured.

 

Delivery Time

We can usually meet our delivery times, however delays are possible because of circumstances beyond our control. Being the manufacturer supply is rarely an issue.

Delivery within Australia:   Australia Post: 2-5 business days.
Delivery outside Australia:  Air: 3-10 business days. Economy Air: 2-4 weeks.

All prices quoted for products and delivery are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.
