Care Instructions

As pillow is made up of a mixed construction with the polyfill inner and memory foam it is difficult to wash so we recommend prevention of getting dirty rather than cleaning once it is dirty.

General: To help the lifespan and generally protect the pillow we recommend the use of the Naturelle Pillow Protector in medium size.

After use simply shake and plump pillow, or less regularly (via the zip access) tease the filling apart to restore Traction's body as required.

Product : Not the right pillow for me, it's not unusual for me to spend money on the wrong pillow as I have very specific needs. If I lived in the same state as the makers I'm sure they could have personalised one for me. However, I used the filling to make two pillows for other members of family.

Does the V Shape foam sit up or down?

We normally recommend the V Shape memory portion to be put downwards but we have on occasions have users advocate the other way up is best for them.

Chronic neck and shoulder pain is this the best pillow?

The Traction pillow is more suitable for back sleepers. Perhaps consider the Complete Sleeprrr Original memory foam pillow. It is contoured, adjustable and will provide neck support for side sleeping.

Which way does the pillow go?

Your head should be at the open end of the V as it is designed to lift neck and diffuse pressure through the neck part of while lowering the head.

Are there different sizes to the traction pillow?

The pillow is primarily designed for back sleeping and stretching out the neck while you sleep. I would suggest before you purchase pillow to discuss with your doctor, chiropractor or health professional as to what requirements you should be looking for in a pillow.

Can a side sleeper use this pillow?

This pillow is definitely primarily recommended for back sleepers only. I think if looking for general support and comfort for side sleeping that the complete sleeprrr original pillow will be the best option for you. It is definitely our most popular product.

Is this suitable for a back sleeper?

We think it should be a good option but so to would be any of the other lower contour pillows in our range. The idea behind the traction pillow is that it will provide good stretch of the neck during the night.
