Questions & Answers

Is this good for people working on a computer?

should be good for you while on the computer but you will need a full back chair for it to work effectively. If chair is only partial back, then the back huggar might be a better option for you.

Is this product soft like pillow or hard like wood?

It is between the two in feel. Harder than a pillow but far more comfortable behind the back than a wooden back support would be.

Back problems - which would be the best support cushion?

We recommend the total spinal support number two and the best product for a couch or recliner. It is quite firm and a 3/4 back support but i think that is what is required for a sofa or a recliner to be honest.

Does this come with a cover? How many magnetics are placed inside?

The contour back support does come with a cover but does not come with magnetics though these can be supplied separately if you wish.

Will this provide enough support for back issues?

The Contoured Back Support will provide support. Also, please consider the Total Spinal Support Model 2 which is very popular for sitting on a couch.

What is the difference between the Complete Contoured Back and the Contoured Back Support?

The main difference is the Total Spinal Support has the side flanks. Model 1 is 55cms high and suits a car, while Model 2 is 50cms high and fits the couch. The Contoured Back support is slimmer . The small suits those 122-158cms tall, the Medium, which is the most popular, suits those 159-186cms tall and the large suits those 187-200cms tall.
